Help!--A call to all knitters (and crocheters)

Apparently our advertising department (which doesn't even exist) has been a little too effective--we have over 350 people on our waiting list! People are hearing about it from websites, newsletters, friends, Facebook, even counselors and treatment centers! We are only three knitters, and we're not always able to crank them out as fast as we would like...not all of us knit at the same speed, sometimes life happens and something gets in the way, etc. So this is a call out to all you capable knitters and crocheters (is that a word?) who have a little extra time on your hands and would like to help us out by knitting a buddie or two...or more! :)  There is a link on our blog (it's http://recoverybuddies.blogspot.com/2008/10/those-interested-in-knitting-buddies.html for those of you who want to jump right to it!) for anyone who wants to help make a buddie. If you have any questions, e-mail us at recoverybuddies@gmail.com. Be sure to spread the word! Thanks!

i think you might get more people helping if you decided to let people make them in different ways-like some make out of cloth etc. i dont think it matters if they are all made different ways, its the thought behind them that was the best thing. I was going to start knitting for you last year, but felt a little overwhelmed that they had to matcha pattern etc, and it just started becoming stressful.

i mean this in a helpful way, beacuse i really think this is such a great idea.

take carexxx
